It’s All In The Details

Marriott International wanted to open their first boutique-style hotel in order to compete with the South Beach demographic. This boutique brand would be a stretch from traditional Marriott locations, so they were searching for an agency that understood not only the Miami market and clientele, but that could incorporate the Marriott logo on collateral without affecting the boutique aesthetic.

Working with Marriott International to create this new identity for the Stanton, we were inspired by the idea of a chic and hip beachside retreat where guests of all ages would feel young and at ease. Our goal was to combine easygoing luxury with a touch of cool and fun style to create a haven for dreamers, tastemakers, and travelers with an eye for design and a desire to live in the moment.

We created a custom logo for the brand complete with a color palette and textures. Our team worked on the design and messaging of all Internal Marketing Documents and thus established a consistent voice for the brand. DeepSleep Studio produced all lifestyle photography captured on property,  collaborating with the fam Michael Raveney behind the lens. All videography for the Stanton was handled by our team, allowing us to create a consistent tone throughout the collateral. Once the brand was established, we designed and developed a fully responsive website for the property as well as the food and beverage outlets.

We got to involve the entire team in this project and it was truly a passion project for our crew from the very start.
